RENTAL POLICY

The following details outline our rental policy:

Renter must provide proof of industry standard insurance coverage on the equipment for liability against injury or death also damages or loss of equipment during the rental term at his own expense. The loss payee must read Necole Enterprises Ltd. This must be provided before any equipment is shipped to the work location.
All damages or loss of equipment are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Rental rates are based on a single shift of 8 hours per day 160 hours per month any additional hours will be billed @ 50% of the rate.
Monthly rates are based on 4 weeks.
Renter is to pay all shipping costs or standby time of trucks when delivering equipment.
All rentals are billed in advance.
The renter is responsible for all maintenance, daily or weekly greasing, inspections, tires repairs, oil and fuel levels.
Renter must obey all regulations regarding the operations and training of operators for the use of any rental equipment.
